Spotlight: Beyond Lamps and Clocks

Spotlight: Beyond Lamps and Clocks

As a brand, we’ve built a strong reputation as a creator of vintage, nostalgia-inducing clocks, lamps, and other goods. Well, we’ve been carefully building our catalog of “other goods” with meticulously-designed products that are teeming with character. We’re more than just clocks and lamps -- allow us to give you a glance at just a few of the new things we’re introducing:

Bookends

We believe nothing compares to reading a physical book. Holding the binding in your hand, and flipping through the pages just makes for a more engaged experience. Displaying them is also a sense of pride for some, so we’ve created bookends to cradle your favorite novels. New among our lineup of bookends are the Motorcycle and the Vertical Engine bookends. Every item in our bookend collection is crafted from cast aluminum and features heavy brass fittings. Our latest designs highlight Americana culture and industrial ingenuity.

Phone Stands

Whether watching your favorite show or just having it at your side while you work, our smartphones are integral parts of our everyday lives. Companies have made phone stands for years, but most are made of simple plastic and lack craftsmanship. Our phone stands, well, stand out, and our newest iteration, the Locomotive Phone Stand, is no different.

Photo Frames

Beyond our books and phones, another thing we value is memories through our photos. We display the ones most important to us, and we wanted to create frames that were made with that idea in mind. Our newest frames are cut from thick glass panes, with bases made from sturdy materials like cast iron and brass.

Mirrors

A completely new area we’re focusing on is mirrors. There’s a lot of cheap, low-quality mirrors out there, and we wanted to create something on the opposite end of the spectrum. No doubt, our newest mirror offerings are inspired by some of our favorite clocks designs.

At Pendulux, we’re never idle, but always keeping pen to paper, sketching new ideas, and seeing what design elements we can incorporate from goods created decades ago. Keep an eye out for us, we’re working on great things.
