Returns

While we hope your purchase brings style and enjoyment to your home, we understand that sometimes that may not be the case.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to facilitate the exchange of your purchase for an item of equal or lesser value. Please contact us at info@pendulux.com to initiate the process. Items must be in the original packaging for us to accept an exchange. For exchanges requested within 14-days of receiving your purchase, we will provide a pre-paid FedEx ground shipping label via email so that you can send back your original purchase. A new order will be created, and shipped with free freight.

RETURNS

For returns requested within 14-days of receiving your purchase, we will provide a FedEx ground pre-paid shipping label via email so that you can send back your original purchase. Items must be in the original packaging for us to accept a return and process a refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used for the initial purchase once the items are received by our warehouse. Refunds will be processed within one business day of receipt by our warehouse. Please note: refunds may take up to 7 days to post to your credit card statement.

DAMAGES OR DEFECTS

Items that are received damaged or defective will be replaced immediately or a refund will be given if preferred. Please keep the item in its original packaging and contact our office at info@pendulux.com promptly to report a problem.
