All orders ship within 2 – 4 business days via FedEx Ground from Richmond, CA.
Normal delivery is within 8 – 12 business days, depending on your location.

We do not currently offer shipping to countries other than the United States. To inquire about international purchases, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that one or more items have inadvertently gone out of stock, we will refund your credit card for all charges immediately. Please allow 1 – 3 business days for your bank to process the refunded amount.
We periodically run out of stock in our warehouse and are unable to ship an item you may be interested in. If you’d like to get an update of when an item will come back into stock, send us a note and we’ll get you an expected delivery date.
All Pendulux products are guaranteed against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please contact us should any problems occur with your Pendulux product within that time.
All Pendulux lamps require LED bulbs. Metal lamp shades will get hot using standard bulbs. Use of standard bulbs will void any warranty and Pendulux is not responsible for any damage caused as a result of using standard light bulbs.
Batteries and light bulbs are not included.

Orders shipped within the state of California will incur applicable sales tax.
