Do you ever have sales? +

We do periodically run sales. Please register your email at the bottom of this page to receive automatic notification of sales or promotions.

When will my order ship? +

Orders typically ship within 1 – 4 business days. For rush orders, please contact our office

What credit cards do you accept? +

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and we also accept PayPal.

What are products made out of? +

Most items are made of aluminum, brass or sheet metal. Item descriptions will specify the materials used.

What bulbs should be used in Pendulux lamps? +

Vintage style bulbs are sold by Pendulux. The recommended model is indicated in the description of the lamp on its product page. If not using these vintage bulbs, we recommend using only LED type bulbs.

What type of batteries do your products use? +

Unless otherwise noted, all products use AA batteries.

How do I clean my Pendulux item? +

We recommend using a dry cloth to clean metal surfaces. Metal polish may change the finish on aluminum, brass or nickel. If metal polish is used, we suggest testing in an inconspicuous spot so you know how the metal will react.

How are items packaged? +

Each item is individually boxed in a craft cardboard box.

Where are products made? +

Our products are made in both India and China. As a rule, all items constructed of brass, aluminum and/or nickel are made in India.

Is product customizable? +

Pendulux does not engrave items although many can be engraved. For large quantities, we may be able to help with customization - please contact our office

Do you offer discounts on large quantities? +

When will an out of stock item come back in? +

Please view the product description for out of stock items to see an estimated in-stock date. We cannot backorder items at this time.

What is the shipping rate? +

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of all items in the shipment. See table below:

How do I track my order? +

Tracking information will automatically be emailed to the address provided when your order ships.

What shipping options are available? +

Currently we ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. For expedited service, please contact our office.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses? +

Each shipping address will require its own separate order.

Can items be shipped to a PO box? +

We are unable to ship to a PO box.

Can I ship internationally? +

International shipments must be quoted individually. Please contact our office for carrier options

What is your product warranty? +

All items are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Should you experience any issues within 1 year, please contact our office

What is your return policy? +

Items that are received damaged or defective will be replaced immediately or a refund will be given if preferred. Please contact our office promptly to report a problem  * No returns on sale items.  Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
